We cannot guarantee that the desired session length will be available at a specific time. Please call us if you have a specific time frame and session length in mind. We can always try our best to work something out.
We recommend that if you are new to fitness that you start with a 30-minute session. Eventually working your way up through the 45-minute session to a 60-minute session.
All client information is held in the strictest confidence. Anything discussed during the personal training session will not be discussed with anyone outside of the session.

Cancellation policy-

Clients are asked to call 6 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with fewer than 6 hours’ notice. Failure to contact your trainer and call will result in a session loss.
