Personal Training in Augusta
We provide mobile training services to the following locations:
Augusta, Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, Harlem and Appling.
If you are in a location further out, we do not provide mobile training services to these locations. However, you can still come to our studio in Grovetown.
We are branching out in to online personal training and this will be available in the near future.

· We will never charge you any fees for a cancellation if there is an emergency.
· We will give you recommendations for workouts outside of your personal training time.
PAR-Q & Medical Clearance:
A medical clearance form is required of all participants who answer “yes” to any of the seven PAR-Q questions. Note: Personal trainers reserve the right to require medical clearance from any client they feel may be at risk. This is for our clients benefit and safety.
Come prepared to each training session in proper workout attire and footwear (shorts, gym pants, T-shirt, sweatshirt, supportive sneakers). Please bring a water bottle, towel and your phone with you to schedule any future sessions or to receive your complimentary meal plan instantly after your session.
Clients are responsible for arriving on-time to their training sessions. Trainers are obligated to wait only 15 minutes (10 minutes for 30-minute sessions). After 15 minutes (10 minutes for 30-minute sessions), the trainer is not required to lead the remaining time of the session and the session may be lost. If there is an extenuating circumstance we will do our best to reschedule you without forfeiting the session. We understand that I-20 can get backed up and traffic can be unpredictable. We will do our best to work with you in this event.
Clients are asked to call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice. Failure to contact your trainer and call 706-414-7328 will result in a session loss.
Package Expiration/Refund Policy:
Individuals registering for personal training must complete all personal training sessions by the end of the client’s eligibility to participate in the program. All personal training packages expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. All packages are non-refundable/non-transferable from date of purchase. If you have an extenuating medical circumstance or become pregnant, we can hold sessions for up to one year.
You have the right to ask for the trainer’s insurance and certifications. Both will be displayed on the gym wall.
Free personal training:
We do not offer free or discounted personal training.
Shadowing opportunity for students:
At this time we do not offer any shadowing opportunities due to the life coaching aspect of our personal training. We can not allow students to shadow any sessions.
